The challenge: Independent landlords juggle rent tracking across spreadsheets and chat apps, miss follow-ups, or pay agency commissions to stay organized.
The approach: One app covering rent payments through a payment gateway, lease agreement tracking, automated notifications for owners and tenants, and direct communication.
